5)      FLEXIBLE LIKE GRASS ( Even in your utmost sad moment be flexible and   remain content  be happy )

6)      ROARING  LIKE A TIGER /  SPEED LIKE MONKEYS

7)      AGAIN   LEARN FROM NATURE

8)      IMAGINE YOUR REQUIRMENTS  WITH STRONG  FOCUS OF WHAT EVER YOU WANT ( HOUSE FACTORY BIG OFFICE ETC ETC)

9)   POSITIVE ATTITUDE WILL GIVE YOU POSITIVE RESULTS

10)  RECITE GAYATRI MANTRA / OR CHANT OM / ETC / VISUALIZE GOOD THINGS

11)  PRACTICE RELAXATON  (MEDITATION) (YOGA)

12)  REMEMBER THE SUN ALWAYS SHINES EVEN IF ITíS A RAINY DAY.

13) EVERTHING  IS INSIDE YOU , THOUGHTS ARE LIKE WAVES THEY   COME AND GO, THINK ONLY POSITIVE, THERE WILL BE NO FEAR ANIXETY , DEPRESSION ETC. (THIS ARE ALL MOMENTARILLY )

14) ADMIRE YOUR BEING IN THIS WONDERFUL  WORLD

15)  Always say lets do what you like ,  (SPREAD HAPPINESS) (THINK POSITIVE AND NO SPACE FOR SAYING NO) ( GRATIUDE /  BE THANKFULL)

16)  In a Hospital when new birth take place we thank god (grateful) , when operation goes success we thank god, when some one dies (we say ) it was gods wish and thank him  ( ??) so always be thankful.

17)   The whole body is uncertain will die one day where (I) will remain constant, the name is give to body, mind is always vivering, (but I am is always constant) in all humans etc. the ultimate happiness.

18)  Mind goes here and there like waves in ocean, also like throwing a small stone in water creates turbulence , one should not to get worried about it, thoughts comes and goes , think  positive , mind is a very powerful instrument, it requires direction, (right and positive direction) , it will help you achieve anything you desire in this universe. ( Strong desire) ( Inclination) (POSITIVE) , so give directions to your mind

19)  Never try to control your mind, just give it the right and positive direction from your heart,

21)   PAST IS GONE WILL NOT COME BACK , FUTURE WHY WORRY, FOR YOU AS WELL AS OTHER,  PRESENT IS WHAT YOU ARE ( THE POWER OF NOW) (be /remain in  present) (PRESENT MOMENT AWARNESS)

22)  Every step you take (walk is what I meant) , be grateful and positive , step by step be grateful and positive.

23)  Think always your are healthy, love you body, but do not get attached to it , ( as reason ( 17 )

24)   When you sow seeds, it does not mean all we sprout  , and even though they sprout , all may not grow in a tree etc, so try to be positive , as to get negative thoughts is quite a natural phenomenon, just ignore them , and try to be content with what you have got /achieved etc and what you have to do , ( keep focusing on your goals) with a more positive attitude.

25)   Always there are two thoughts  Positive and Negative. Everyone has body / Mind /thoughts/Ideas , they are not steady / and uncertain and dies , however the good self  (Atman/ Brahman) is constant in all of us , the inner happiness, always remains , where as the outside /external happiness are temporary.
